A successful entrepreneur, one of the largest investors in the food industry of Moldova, Alexandr Bilinkis was elected as a Vice President of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress at the Extraordinary General Assembly Session in 2017.
Mr. Bilinkis is the President of the Jewish Community of Moldova and a member of the Executive Council of the European Jewish Fund, a non-governmental organization contributing to the development of European Jewry and promotion of tolerance and mutual respect in Europe. He is also the Honorary Consul of the United Mexican States in Moldova.
As an active Jewish philanthropist, Mr. Bilinkis participates in cultural heritage perseveration projects of the Jewish community in Moldova.
Alexandr Bilinkis is the founder and President of the Development Group Holding, the co-owner and President of the Board of the Orhei-Vit JSC, Dionysos Mereni JSC and Moldpresa Grup LTD.
